Salary £40,000 per annum
Our current CEO, Carmen Llorente started the charity in 2015, and is now stepping aside to create a Community Interest Company (CIC) where the Charity’s football club will be managed as a subsidiary of YES. Therefore, we seek an exceptional CEO who is motivated, driven, and excited by the opportunity to continue the development and implementation of new and existing projects.
This is a challenging role and in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, the incoming CEO will take the lead on the strategic direction for the charity, offering support and guidance to the Board. They will oversee every area of activity and support the Services Manager Team in their operational delivery of services.
As the Ambassador for YES both locally and regionally the CEO will demonstrate strong influential and engagement skills which will ensure effective collaborations with partners, funders and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience as a senior leader within a comparable environment with a track record of strategic and commercial experience required to keep YES supporting its community.
Young people are central to ‘who we are’ and ‘what we do’ therefore we believe that the successful post holder should share this perspective and equally be motivated by working with some of London’s most inspiring young people.
The post is full time, 5 days per week (36 hours) based from our offices in Brent.
