Carmen has been involved in advising, developing and supporting wellbeing, training, employment and enterprise schemes for the last 20 years within the private, public and third sectors. With an academic background in psychology, management and mental health, Carmen has served as a director or manager within charities, her own businesses and newly set up third sector organisations.
Carmen has also been a proactive director of Social Enterprise London for 6 years and is the Chair for Social Firms London in the South East of England.
Carmen is passionate about the empowerment and development of young people and is always interested in discussing new projects with prospective like-minded organisations.
Employment, Skills and Training Manager –
Liam writes, manages and often leads employment, skills and training provision at YES. Liam has previous experience as an employer with large and small organisations, experience leading recruitment projects across many different sectors and has worked within the public sector as part of the Employment and Enterprise team at the London Borough of Brent. After interviewing 1000s of candidates across his career and putting 100s into new jobs, Liam has excellent insight into employment provision and recruitment processes.

Football Coordinator / CWFC 1st Team Manager – Murad Ahmed
Muradona is one of the founders of Cricklewood Wanderers Football Club and has led the club since its creation in 2011. Murad’s football education has taken place within the UK and abroad, and tactically he values high intensity pressing and short passing- something that is rarely found within the lower echelons of non-league football.
Youth Coordinator / Coach – Mo Zeiani
Mo joined the team in summer 2016, taking on responsibilities for all youth activities at YES. Mo is an FA qualified football coach with experience in setting up and managing projects with groups of young people, not to mention the current Cricklewood Wanderers first team captain.
